Question: What do you think about having every blog post in facebook?

Answer:

Everything on the web is separated in to traffic sources…  One of the big three is, search engine.  It would be nice if “public policy” was in such high interest that it would appear in the top 10 in the regional searches.  The reality is that not going to happen anytime soon.  The next best option is to connect your policy sites with the top ten for your region.   When its a specific website keyword, as you can see below, you want to get your content available on that website(s), because that is where the traffic is.   ***I don’t like myspace because of its gutter like nature.  Of the top ten, the Louisiana population is searching for: myspace, youtube and facebook.  These sites all have high traffic for your region so why not put up a free bill board?   Free in the monetary sense, this stuff takes time.

However this is only step one. I highly doubt the statistics here represent anything more than traffic.  Step two is, try to figure out what you can use with a regional message on these social networking sites that will drive traffic first to your social networking site surf-to page, and then to your blog or website landing page.
So, the answer is yes. Based on the search insights below, put all your blog posts up on your facebook profile, groups and page sites with links leading back to your landing pages.
